RT Weaselass was hired by BLV with NO job posting,NO job application,and never ever a job evaluation by the BLV spineless mayor. RT Weaselass does BLV zoning on a who you are basis.

FART-Fake Ass R.T. is just what BLV zoning inspector RT Mansfield is and does.
I've known BLV zoning inspector RT Mansfield for more than 40 years,and in that time he mostly FAKES it.

I used to live on south pleasant. RT was named right,lord of south pleasant.
RT uses words so big the mayor actually thinks RT knows what he's doing,plus the mayor thinks RT will do what he's saying. Wrong on both counts.
Maybe the reason RT never gets his zoning jobs done is,he spends all day looking up the big words he's going to use to make excuses for not doing the zoning job he gets paid to do ?
Here's a word RT does not understand.

Since the clerk and RT really don't like each other,what could they possibly talk about at village hall? The blog cam?
